Private events, large party reservations, and catering requests (no Saturdays):

PLEASE NOTE

Our Events Team will be operating on a limited and highly sporadic schedule this week as we prepare for and facilitate Picklesburgh, the country's largest (and #1!) specialty food festival. In addition to supporting our regular events, our team will be managing two food and beverage locations along the festival route.

During this time, we will have limited access to both email and phone, and response times may be longer than usual. While we are not completely out of the office, most replies will likely be sent during brief breaks or outside of normal business hours.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding, and we look forward to returning to our regular office hours and the prompt communication you have come to expect beginning Monday, July 20.

As a general note: We do not offer bookings of any kind on Saturdays. Please do not submit a request for a Saturday. Large groups of any size looking to join us on a Saturday may do so on a walk-in basis and do not need to alert us ahead of time, no matter your size.

  • Group Booking Parameters and Restrictions:
    • Friday: 
      • 11:30am-6:00pm We offer group bookings of any size
      • 6:00pm-Close We accept groups of 35 people or less
    • Saturday: We do not offer group bookings on Saturdays. However, you may join us on a walk-in basis on a Saturday with any size group. Please do not submit a request for a Saturday, we will be unable to accommodate you.
    • Sunday-Thursday: We offer group bookings of any size Sunday- Thursday 11:30am-10:00pm
  • Dining Tables: Our dining tables operate on a walk-in basis and are not available for reservations or event bookings. All events are held in our lounge areas, which provide access to our full menu. Traditional dining tables are not included.
  • Catering: We offer pick-up and delivery catering, subject to availability, seven days a week for parties of 10 or more. Availability will be confirmed when we respond to your request. 
    • For parties below 10, please visit our website to schedule a takeout order from our regular menu by clicking "order online". You may schedule up to three days in advance.
  • Duckpin Bowling: Reservations for duckpin bowling are only available as part of a lounge reservation. If you'd like to bowl without a lounge booking, please join us on a walk-in basis. Please do not submit a request form for standalone bowling reservations.
  • Response Time: Requests submitted after 3 PM on Friday will be addressed by the following Tuesday, unless otherwise noted.
  • Submission Deadlines:
    • Event requests must be submitted at least five days in advance.

If you have not received a response within the stated timeframe, please check your spam folder and verify the accuracy of the email address provided. We suggest using a personal address such as gmail or yahoo, we find that company email servers often block our responses due to their security parameters regarding email attachments- which our responses will contain.
