Welcome to Coop de Ville! Please read all information below prior to submitting your request.

We recommend using a personal email address; company firewalls may block our response. You may include your alternate email address in the body of your message below and we will add it to our response.

Availability

Please review our booking parameters below. If your event aligns with these guidelines, kindly complete an event request form.

  • Dining Tables: Our dining tables operate on a walk-in basis and are not available for reservations or event bookings.
  • Event Locations: All events are held in our lounge areas, which provide access to our full menu. Traditional dining tables are not included.
  • Group Bookings:
    • We accept group bookings of any size during the following times:
      • Monday through Thursday for lunch and dinner
      • Friday before 5 PM
      • Sunday after 5 PM
    • We accept bookings of 25 or less
      • Friday after 5 PM
      • Sunday between 11:30 AM and 5 PM
    • We operate on a walk-in basis on Saturdays and do not offer bookings of any size. Please do not submit a request if it is for a Saturday, we will be unable to accommodate your request, without exception.
  • Catering: We offer pick-up and delivery catering, subject to availability, seven days a week. Availability will be confirmed when we respond to your request.
  • Duckpin Bowling: Reservations for duckpin bowling are only available as part of a lounge reservation. If you'd like to bowl without a lounge booking, please join us on a walk-in basis. Please do not submit a request form for standalone bowling reservations.
  • Response Time: Due to the high volume of requests, please allow up to 72 hours for a response.
  • Submission Deadlines:
    • Event requests must be submitted at least five days in advance.
    • Events requiring orders from our Group Dining Menu must be submitted at least 10 days in advance.
  • Weekend Requests: Requests submitted after 3 PM on Friday will be addressed by the following Tuesday, unless otherwise noted.

If you have not received a response within the stated timeframe, please check your spam folder and verify the accuracy of the email address provided. We suggest using a personal address such as gmail or yahoo, we find that company email servers often block our responses due to their security parameters regarding email attachments- which our responses will contain.
