• While we do our best to be prompt, due to the volume of requests at times, please expect up to a 72-hour response time for all event request responses.
• All events must be submitted a minimum of seven days in advance.
• Events requiring orders from our Group Dining Menu (parties of 18 or more) must be submitted at least 10 days in advance.
• All requests submitted after 3pm on Friday will be responded to before or by, Tuesday of the following week, unless otherwise noted.
• If your request appears to be unanswered within the timeframe noted above, please check your spam folder, spelling of the email address provided or your company firewall parameters.
• Submitting a request does not put the date on hold, or confirm a booking. This will be done directly with our events team.
