Poulet Bleu

At this time, we are not yet accepting large-party, group dining, or private dining reservations at Poulet Bleu. We’re very excited to welcome groups in the future, but want to ensure everything is in place to provide the level of service and experience our guests expect before introducing these additional dining options.

If Poulet Bleu is your preferred restaurant, we still encourage you to complete the Event Request Form below. We’ll keep your information on file and can share updates as group dining options become available, regardless of your requested event date.

In the meantime, based on the details you provide, our Events Team will also be happy to recommend an alternative restaurant within the Richard DeShantz Restaurant Group that may be a good fit for your gathering.
